Lawsuit Filed Against Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus has had a four billion dollar lawsuit filed against her recently by a woman, after she was accused of mocking Asian people by slanting her eyes when posing for a picture. The lawsuit claims that she knew that the picture would be shown in the media.
The lawsuit was filed by a Los Angeles woman, Lucie J Kim, and she said in her lawsuit that Cyrus ‘knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media.’ She now wants compensation for every Asian Pacific Islander.
Kim wants the minimum compensation level of four thousand dollars for each Asian Pacific Islander for violation of civil rights. According to reports this would equate to a massive four billion dollar payout in total for Miley.
Cyrus has stated that she was not mocking Asians at all in the picture, and was simply trying to pull a funny face when the picture was taken. She has now apologised for a second time over the incident.
