Lawsuit Filed Against Former Wrestler and Son

A lawsuit has been filed against former world famous wrestler, Hulk Hogan, his estranged wife, his son, Nick, and even a family friend, after an accident in Clearwater, Florida last year resulted in a young former Marine sustaining serious injuries, and incurring substantial medical costs as a result of the injuries.
The lawsuit was filed in Pinellas County Circuit Court, and was filed on behalf of twenty three year old US Marine, John Graziano. When the accident occurred last August seventeen year old Nick Hogan was behind the wheel of the car that was being driven, but Hulk has been included in the suit as a co-owner of the vehicle with his son.
The injuries that Graziano sustained left him in a medically induced coma, and he spent a number of weeks in a critical condition. He may now have to spend his life in a nursing home, as he needs continual care. He even suffered a broken skull in the accident.
A lawyer for Graziano said that his medical bills had already amounted to over one million dollars, and that the damaged from the lawsuit were to be used towards his future medical care. He added: “He will never be fully the John that he was before. We have to plan for what his lifelong care would be.”
